Argyle Mill Reserve LLC is deeply rooted in the local community. Our owners were raised in the area, and their family’s connection to Argyle spans generations, including more than 50 years of ownership of the neighboring historic Butter Factory, originally built in the 1890s.
Our commitment to the community grew even stronger with the acquisition of the historic Red Front Lumber Yard, established in 1927. Rather than allowing this landmark to fade into history, we saw an opportunity to preserve its legacy by transforming it into a resource that serves the community’s evolving needs.
